In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to make a shadow overlapping text effect in Photoshop.
To draw attention to your titles, you can use a variety of effects, but one that is currently popular is an overlapping shadow effect, in which each letter casts a shadow on the one before it. Unfortunately, without creating each letter on its own layer, there is no automatic or simple way to do it in Photoshop.
For this demonstration, I’ll use Photoshop 2022 but any prior version should do.
