In this video tutorial, I’ll show you how to create a Paper Cutout Effect in Photoshop in no time.
A paper cut-out effect seeks to recreate the look of multiple stacked layers of paper to provide depth to a design. In advertising, pop-up books, and mask making, the cutting paper has shown to be a highly versatile process.
For this process, I’ll be using the 2022 version of Photoshop but any prior version should do.
